The shoes are too big. Have been trying to get a return label for over 6 weeks. Send the need for help and receive same answers "we are working on this." What nonsense. I guess they farm out all their returns to a little outhouse in Bangladesh. What a joke. Years ago they were a great company. Never again will I buy their product, might end up losing my money plus shipping.
