Cute shoes, but they are too large. I would like to return them, but get no response after numerous emails to customer service.
If customer service would advise me on how to return these I would give them 5 stars.
After wearing them once in the water they smelled like vomit. I then washed them, dried them outside but I couldn’t get rid of the sour smell. I had to throw them away.

The shoes are too big. Have been trying to get a return label for over 6 weeks. Send the need for help and receive same answers "we are working on this." What nonsense. I guess they farm out all their returns to a little outhouse in Bangladesh. What a joke. Years ago they were a great company. Never again will I buy their product, might end up losing my money plus shipping.
